Hi guys!

I've got a Legion 5 Laptop, it's my absolute lifeline for my job, so I desperately need it to work.

About half an hour ago, my charger just stopped working. At this point I'm pretty sure it's now completely defunct and not gonna work.

I was looking at getting a replacement charging cable from Lenovo, the one I had was a 170w 20v one that came with the laptop originally, however, on Lenovo's store these are for sale at around £140, which is currently a bit expensive for me, as I won't be paid until the end of the month.

I've seen on Amazon, there's some universal chargers out there, with different wattages and voltages etc, that are advertised as working for various different Lenovo laptops and products - I was wondering whether anyone a bit more techy minded would which versions of these different wattages and voltages would work for my machine?

If I'm missing something glaringly obvious, and my machine will only work with the same charger type it came with, I'm happy to be told that too - I'm just not a particularly technical person so I'd not work that out myself!
