As im sure you are all aware, jon2600 was going to list multiple buildings for derilection. However, it was canceled due to a major realization. Half the buildings in the city are useless and and dont actually function to give to the city. The rest are either Oylimpic buildings or various apartment buildings with multiple comrades who have abandoned us. However, how can we continue with this dangerous plague on progress with Zombie_Lenin's vision of the entire island covered in buildings? Well, we might have to Upscale. Simply put, we start to take up more room. Make larger rooms int he apartments. Renovate the current apartments so they all take up 1-2 floors like normal comrades. Another function of this program is to give Intelligensia members their own protected part of the city in which Intelligensia members can to, the only individual houses in the city. With upscaling, we start taking up more room, remove the need for derilection, and improve standards of living for the entire city. Any thoughts, comrades?
