Comrades, we must discuss about the linkage between Oasis and New Leningrad. To call it petty is an understatement rather, it represents an under utilization of our full capacity as a state. I'm here today to ask you, amongst the Worker Party, to plan a new 5 halfstone wide highway that will cross through Oasis and eventually reach the city of Pennopolis. In the way is a river and as such, I want to see the construction of an actual bridge aside from the current flat one that links our island to the mainland. I ask for the best architects to draw up a design for a bridge that truly shows the strength of our Glorious state. I wish the best of luck comrades.
