Have you been given explicit permission from me to become a member of the Workers Party? If so, continue to read onward and if not, work harder so that you gain that very same promotion.

As a member of the Workers Party, you have rights that include the ability to contribute to new buildings along with organization of road systems within the city as well as outside the city. Furthermore, you'll have the right to obtain access to important chests for said projects. Now, as a member, you must follow a few simple rules in order to maintain membership under the glory of your Glorious Leader.

1) All new apartments, offices, government structures, etc must be at most, 5 floors tall. Anything higher will start to look a bit silly. Also, be sure the building fits all qualifications as a Brutalist structure.

2) Praise the glory of your Glorious Leader daily at least one time while in game. Be thankful that your hard work has given you such a high standard of living as well as access to the fun work of urban construction.

3) This includes everyone actually, NO individual housing.

4) Although I won't be on 100% of the time, I want you to accept that I'm in fact watching 100% of the time. Be sure to watch over newly arrived workers and be sure to regulate them accordingly during my absents.

5) If someone offers diplomatic arrangements or other important political opportunities (While I'm not in game), please contact me via private message so that I can give the final decision.

6) Any attempt by Party Members to arrange non-sanctioned activities such as disruptive gatherings will be revoked of membership and possibly higher charges of treason.

7) Enjoy your membership reward program to the fullest extent, I expect new apartments along with a building boom that would make China blush with envy. "Build it and they will come"
