Hello comrades! Welcome to the first of my many little fireside chats. I'll begin the "Alo Glorious Leader" series as a way to inform you on what's happening soon and you can even PM me a question that I may answer for the next chat.
Tomorrow's reforms will be a glorious testament to the city's ability to survive and transform. I want to remind people that so far, we have three accepted parties at the moment:
The People's Party, The Socialist Party, and The Juche Party
The issue for tomorrow will be, how do we go about establishing the electoral system in which we need at least 5 Parliamentarians? We have two political parties that will need to be organized firmly but, we'll allow independents to run (Although the benefits and disadvantages will be determined for individual runs). What I want from you, the people, is to return to the city or get back on if you've been absent for awhile and get involve in this important moment of change.
Use this comment section to do the following, either bring up last minute party nominations or provide an idea for how the party system should work when nominating up to 5 Parliamentarians. Personally, I believe that each political party should have 3 nominees while independents will run under 1 nominee. The party with the greatest number of votes will obtain three seats, the party in second place two seats. If an independent manages to get more votes than a party, they get one seat while the party that comes in third place gets 1 seat.
