Hey y’all, I’m looking to purchase an UWA lens shortly, and was hoping to get your opinion on which ones are best for digital bodies (primarily SL2-S but also M11M visoflex) used in street, architectural, landscape, and reportage. I currently have my eye on a 21 super elmar and know that it’s a rad lens. However, they’re too expensive new and it can be difficult to find a used copy at a reasonable price. Any other lenses that I should keep an eye out for? I always have a preference for Leica glass because I know that deep down, anything else won’t quite scratch the itch. But I’m also open to having my mind changed, so am happy to hear about non-Leica glass as well. Speed isn’t an issue for me because I’d be shooting it stopped down on low light bodies, and thought of a 21 lux just seems silly to me. TIA!
