Question for Doctor Who level

Hey, I have a problem in the Doctor Who level pack. I got about halfway through it once before and it apparently did not save, so I've restarted it. But once I get to the point where the Doctor says there isn't anything else to do here and you are supposed to leave, nothing happens, at all. It is right where you would be building the tardis on the first play through, but I've already done that. Any help would be appreciated.
