Looking to commission someone for a custom Lego minifigure design...

This isn't Lego Indiana Jones related but I thought I'd post this here because it seems there a quite a few people here who might be able to tell me where to go. I'm trying to make a custom Green Goblin (Raimi Version). I bought a 3d printed helmet part that looks great, I just need to paint it (which I now how to do) but I really need someone to help design or create a design and print on the blank body I want to use for it. If someone had suggestions or advice on who to ask I'd appreciate it!
