Every morning I run the risk of ripping my nipples off.

In my waking up stage i for some reason feel around my chest and come across my piercings, in my half awake mind set i think they're stickers or something and I go to rip them off. Luckily for me I realize just in time what they actually are and stop myself, this terrifies me beyond measure. Please tell me I'm not the only one that does this.
FYI i've had them for over 2 years now
