what diameter is your labret hoop? do you like the oval shape? clicker or captive bead or curved barbell?

14g 5/16 post in labret. i’m looking to switch to a hoop on my lower lip. i’m curious what diameter people usually go with and if you prefer it to be more snug against your lip or a little looser. i’ve also seen some oval shaped clickers that have cool designs (i prefer clickers for all of my hoops) never tried captive bead. what’s your preference?
