To clarify this has nothing to do with getting piercings but the jewelry themselves. I have a 4g PA, 8g ampallang, 6g nipples, and a 12g septum.

My main issue is finding larger guage jewelry that isn't plugs or tunnels meant for ear lobes. Every once in awhile I can find some but they typically aren't a set for my nipples or the right diameter for the PA. I know beggers can't be choosers but a massive diameter won't work nor will a smaller diameter. I don't expect shops to carry every style, in every guage, in every diameter possible. Should I just stick to online purchases? Been going through painful pleasures but their shipping is ridiculously slow. Their website is ok on mobile but difficult at times to locate what I want via search bar. Any suggestions? Currently in Tampa FL if anyone knows of a shop nearby that potentially carries large guage jewelry not just plugs or tunnels.
