In my opinion, Orange is the 1 priority playing with him, the amount of extra mana you gain with it makes your wincondition more probably to happen. The 2 must be between Red/Violet, drawing a card is never bad and stunning a strong enemy makes you survive longer to get the combo.

Then green and blue, I think they are more situtiinal than the others, dealing two damage to weakest enemy isn't bad at the start of the game, but the effect get worse the late the game goes, the blue one could give you one more turn to make your combo, but you don't want to have it at first if you are at 20hp.
