Riot, it's about time we start talking about restrictions.

How about you introduce "Unique" to certain powerfull keywords.

Example #1: Rally. You could make rally an Unique keyword so that players can only include a total of 3 spells that have rally in one single deck. The number one factor in deck strenght is consistency, and if you can pull your ace card with near 100% chance in your starting hand, your foe is forced to habe a 100% draw on their counter.

Example #2: Totems. cards like Bandle mayor that can generate infinite value as long as they stay in board, perhaps they should be unique as well, so that we have to think about whoch one we choose instead of just taking all the S tier cards and putting 3 of them auto include..

just a thought that can help the situation without nerfing everyone's favorite playstyles to hell.
