How to spend my resources?

So today i opened up my first Weekly Vault and got some nice stuff from it, i think my vault was level 14. With all my resources now i have 3.4k Shards, x1 Champion Wildcard, x6 Epic Wildcards, x11 Rare Wildcards and x29 Common Wildcards. I dont tend to stick to a specific deck, i look on websites and if i have enough or close to enough cards for that deck ill try it out, then replace the cards i dont have with whatever i got. So with what i have, how should i go using them? Do i pick a certain region i like and max out the cards there? Do i mix and match?
