With the slight nerf to Genevieve, I wondered if Lulu's Demacia aggro deck could be turned to Noxus instead. Comparing both:

Affectionate Poro replaces Fleetfeather Tracker

Shiraza and Kato are cute together and replace Genevieve as a finisher

I am super open to criticism, and would love to hear what you think in the comments. I know this can't be like a tier 1 deck, but I'm sure we can polish it enough to be playable.
