How to play Gangplank/Sejuani deck

I'm planning on using this deck from D4 to Masters if possible. I feel like I am not playing it to the best of its ability. Does anyone have any tips? From general tips when playing against certain matchups (playing any deck doesnt have to be GP/Sej) to mulligans to how to play it slow vs fast. I got to Masters last season but I still have some learning to do.
