I am new to the game and have unlocked matches against players however it is bugged and won't let me do it

So I think I have unlocked matches against other humans, however it won't let me use any of my decks in normal because I guess they're not legal but when I select eternal and casual it constantly wants me to select an avatar that I've already done and refuses to let me play against another human. This is across multiple days and multiple platforms I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what.
