Should I get Qin Yi or Prince Yi’s outfit ?

So my top partners are Prince Yi at first , YunYao at third and my top fifth partner is Yu Qing (i got these two from last years Anniversary) . I am not sure what to get the- bond partner of these two or Prince Yi's outfit . I can only get one of these things cause I am saving for the Lu Yu event (atleast 7K ingots) .
I will attach the start for these three partners below. I'm not sure which will be more beneficial to get (Bond partner or Outfit )
