Hi! We were due to go to an indoor waterpark (England) this weekend and you have to pre-book online. My daughter is ill so we can't go. It says in their terms and conditions that no refunds or transfers etc at all. I'm sort of thinking that there is nothing I can do, I'll just have to say bye-bye to my £80, but before I lose hope - is there any rights I have as a consumer to ask that they at least honour the tickets on another day, subject to availability? They are not losing money if they just keep our money for another day and I'd be perfectly happy with that as we do plan on going again. For a company that requires you book online in advance, I would have expected a bit more flexibility :(
