meeting with housing association regarding tenant being injured, what to be aware of?

Post Body

Someone from the housing association is visiting my home tomorrow to discuss an incident yesterday in which I was (thankfully only mildly) injured by a falling cabinet that had not been properly fitted.

So two questions, first being is there anything I should be aware of and bare in mind when meeting with them tomorrow?

Second is I do have some requests/demands of them and I would like to know if they are reasonable and if they would have to cooperate or if I have no leg to stand on. I want all the other cabinets taken down to be checked (someone did come round today to put new screws through, but no effort was made to check for issues in the wall like what caused the incident), I want some kind of action regarding the fact they only sent round one person today and forced my unqualified partner to assist with the work (my partner is also my and my disabled child's carer so this left us without assistance for a while, specifically at a time of day where we usually need more help), I want to know how such an oversight could have happened in the first place and how they will prevent it in the future, and most of all I want them to ensure other tenants are safe. We were very lucky that I was actually looking at the cabinet when it fell and was able to get in the way, otherwise it would have seriously injured my child. I'm worried other tenants might not be so lucky if something like this happens again.
