Hi, I (like many others) am trying to attain a refund from Ryan Air for cancelled flights and subsequent fees for additional stay and new flights.

On the day of cancellation we attempted to contact Ryan Air but could not reach them. We have evidence of the attempts to contact. We booked flights home for around £400.

We have raised a claim with them detailing our request for compensation including the new flights and cancelled flights.

30 days has elapsed and having tried repeatedly to get an update we just keep having live chats or called terminated when asking for an update.

Is there any advice anyone can provide to help us illicit a response or refund!
