Hi all
So heres the scenario
I returned a used graphics card to retailer (ebuyer uk) because it was faulty. They agreed to send it to RMA to get it repaired in November, Its now February and they have advised that they are now unable to get it repaired and have offered me a full refund
( I really wanted it repaired because they are no replacements its a graphics card) They are unwilling to offer me a similar model on their website and only offering a refund. They are refusing to repair/replace.
They left me without a product for over 3 months and now come up with this solution of just a refund. Am i eligible for some sort of compensation for this
