How far do you have to go with a second marriage to be committing bigamy?

Post Body

Hello, I am dating a man who is also dating another women (yes we know about each other and are friends). For reasons of health, inheritance etc it makes sense for them to get legally married. I would also like to marry him. I know I won't be able to be considered married to him in the eyes of the law and I'm ok with that. But I do want a wedding ceremony where we say the traditional vows etc. Is signing the marriage license all we need to do to avoid committing bigamy? We are in England
