England.
Each month I get paid a salary plus commission, and this month there was supposed to be an extra bonus for everyone. However, this month I didn't get my commision or the bonus that everyone else got. Payroll have admitted the errors but have said they can't put it right until next month.
Where do I stand legally on this? Citizens advice say I shouldn't have to wait until next month, but is that my right in law? What can I do to persuade them to pay me now?
