[Hypothetical] If land is lost to the sea, due to rising sea levels, is ownership of the plot maintained?

So if I own some land next to the sea, that ends up fully submerged as sea levels rise, do I now own a section of the seabed? And if not, at which point does ownership of the 'land' transfer away from me? If I do still own it, what legal rights would I have regarding the water above it?
Edit: If the law would vary between different parts of the UK I'd be interested, so location doesn't really matter.
