Legality of miniature box cutter

Post Body

Dear Reddit,

I'm getting into EDC gear and recently ordered a Keybar key organiser. Most of the add ons seemed useless bar the bottle opener and a miniature box cutter with removable blades. The blades are under the 3" and I would only be using it to open packages and other daily activities though not a specific 'good reason' to carry it I guess. The main concern is that the blades 'lock' into place as any other box cutter would though when there it would fold into the organiser in a similar fashion to a swiss army knife. I have not purchased it yet due to the worry that it could be illegal to have on my person.

Would this item be legal to carry on a daily basis?
