OK then. A friend of mine split up with there former girlfriend around a year ago after she took a bite out of him (srsly not kidding there's a massive scar). She refuses to allow him to see the kids. He was asked to due mediation due to tye involvement of kids (5m and ?m (similar age)). Recently got the report back which was a horrific attack on him, she claims he's an alcoholic (hes not) she claims he's a drug addict when he isn't and in fact he's actually 11 weeks smoking free. She claims he was abusive this was halfway through the case and she has no marks while he stated her abusive Ness from the get go and has a massive scar. She also claims the kids are happy and healthy, she claim one, the 5 year old is very happy and hugs her whenever she enters the room. She also had the other one draw a picture of there family and used that as evidence the kids don't want to see there father (the picture also missed out his brother and they havent seen there father in a year). They also claim that he was originally was cooperative until he turned furious after being asked for a drugs and alcohol test and he refused. What they fail to mention is that he accepted on the basis that she would get one too, she didn't, so neither did he. Some more background information, she's had a custody dispute with another partner before, guess who got full custody, the father. Everything she says seems to be taken as truth while everything he says seems to be swept under the rug. This is ridiculouse. Please reddit, help a father see his 2 boys again.

He's got a court hearing soon and has ended up representing himself.
