I think my ex is seeking legal advice regarding me limiting her time with our son due to my concerns over his welfare.

Post Body

I've recently posted regarding my son. His mother is living with a man who's on a methadone treatment plan. My son was finding it stressful living there and I talked to him about what he wanted. He's 12 and he said he wanted to live with me so I approached his mother who wasn't happy. In the meantime I've been in contact with social services who have said that the man in question is a known drug user. I am not comfortable with this and I've had reports of dealers visting the home plus my ex is have problems financially so she's always asking to borrow money even though I'm still paying all her utility bills that total £225 a month. There's other things that I'm not happy about so I told his mother that I'm only allowing him to stay there one night per week. This is what my son wants too. This has really upset her and i have heard that she is going to a one stop shop today maybe to see where she stands legally.

There is no current order in place and I have parental responsibility.

Should I be worried and do I need to be doing anything legally? I have plenty of evidence from a neighbour plus my son's older sister.
