Tenancy agreement says no one can stay for more than 3 weeks. My father is coming to stay but not sure how long for.
Post Body

My father coming to stay with me in the rented property which I am due to move into next month.  I have no idea how long he will be staying as he is moving from Italy back to England & he has no place to stay & his mobility is poor. It could be a few weeks or more realistically a few months. I have now received the TA & the following clause is within: Not permit any visitor to stay in the Property for a period of more than three weeks within any three month period.

I am slightly panicking now & not sure what to do? Should I move into the property then ask the Estate Agent if I can have permission for my father to stay longer or mention it now? Or just continue & hope no one notices? As I said I have no idea how long he will need to stay. when I mentioned the possible situation to the estate agent when I was applying for the property she at first told me that my Father may have to apply also but she then told me not to bother.
