Hi guys I thought to come on here for some advice. My brother brought a new car last week. The dealership has made a mistake on his email address as he received a call from the person who was receiving the emails.
The dealership sent his full name, DOB, address, phone number and the documents to go with his car so the finance agreements etc. He was able to receive his warranty documents via his own email which was sent on the 2nd and 3rd. The data protection stuff was sent to the wrong email address on the 2nd onwards.
I just wanted to know where he stands on their cock up as he was able to get some of the emails so they had the correct email on file but they fucked up on the ending mixing up a .com and using a co.uk instead simple mistake but it's something that should be correct and actually checked.
Thanks leprejohn
