EAW - What do I do about my office?

My office was recently moved. My new office is right next to a working yard and which has a forklift operating in it most of the time. The noise (particularly the reversing alarm) is disrupting me and causing me a lot of stress. I have asked my employers to fit double glazing to help keep the noise out but they don't want to due to the cost. I'm starting to get concerned for my mental wellbeing, what should I do?
