Hello,
My nephews live in England and I live in France. My brother has pretty much excluded myself and our parents (they live in England) from any contact with them, they are 10 and 13 years old. My brother is declining and ignoring all my attempts at communicating, including when I tried contacting him via a mediator. This has been going on for several years. I'd like to communicate with my nephews and was thinking about writing to them regularly by letter. Can my brother threaten me with legal action if I do this? He'll probably just throw my letters in the bin but I'd like to have proof to show them later that I tried keeping in touch.
Thanks.
