England. Feel like I've been pushed out of my job.

Worked as a chef and the new head chef came in and was just generally very rude to everyone. I was the second in command to the previous head chef. Then he tells everyone that his old sous chef is joining and telling every that he's his "right hand guy" All my responsibility was taken away from me and I feel like he was hired as my replacement while I was still there.
