I had a really stressful time recently, with my partner breaking up with me about 8 months ago, living together up til now and having to move out.
I visited a flat a couple weeks ago, it looked fit for purpose. I went on and accepted the flat, signed the contract, paid everything and received the keys today. Started moving my stuff in today and was greeted by a really strong smell of mold. Upon further inspection, I found some really moldy areas. I think I have got asthma as I was coughing every now and again while within the property. I contacted the estate agents and provided them with pictures, advising that I will have to cancel the tenancy agreement. They are asking to meet tomorrow, at the property to further address my concerns, as from the pictures I provided them with, it's not clear if the property is truly moldy.
I included the pictures to this post. What are my rights? How can I exit this tenancy agreement? I proposed that I'll pay rent for the weeks I kept the flat blocked off the market. There is still stuff from the previous tenant within the property, it's clearly not been cleaned throughout and the mold it's too much.

Edit:
As the estate agent said it's not clear if it's mold that shows in the pictures provided I asked them to explain what else could the substance visible in this picture could be, asked them to provide a written response in preparation for our meeting tomorrow.
The wall has some blue veins which would make some stiltons and gorgonzolas jealous ffs.
