Hi all, I bought a BMW from Cazoo in March of this year. It was under 5 years old and only had 43k miles on the clock. On collection it seemed great and has been great until last week where it started making a noise from the year. I tried to claim on my 90 day warranty the car was sold which, which looks like it was underwritten by Assurant? Both Cazoo and Assurant are refusing to deal with me stating Cazoo being in administration means the 90 day warranty is no longer valid. I’ve taken it to BMW who have confirmed the rear differential needs replacing, and have quoted £2000 for the repairs. What are my options here? It seems fishy that a company can offer a 90 day warranty and not have to honour it.
