I've been living in an hmo for the past 2 years which is now coming to an end. I was in contact with the letting agency and allowing viewings.
After I didn't respond to them on the weekend because I was busy I received a text that wasn't meant for me from the letting agent slating me for not responding.
I responded by saying that I have been allowing viewings and all further communication will only be via email. I also stated that from now I will deny access until I move out.
The letting agent has emailed me stating that if I don't allow viewings they'll withhold deposits and take me to court. I'm pretty sure this is an empty threat but wanted to be sure.
Living in wales.
