Seeking legal advice regarding workplace holiday policies

I am seeking legal assistance, regarding workplace holidays, they told me you are not allowed to use more than 2 weeks of my holiday allowance between the months of April and October, this is apparently company wide but it isn’t in my contract or in the holiday policy, is there anything I can do to fight this?
