Hi,
I’ve been in talks with a guy I met on twitter who is looking to sell his season ticket for the football. He has given me his ticket for a month until I get paid which I have been using every week with no issues. The plan is to pay half at the end of the month then pay the other half during the winter break, this is when the club allows official transfer of season tickets.
This is admittedly risky as it is a considerate amount of money (£710), but as there is a waiting list of years for a season ticket I am willing to accept the risk. I would like to draw up some sort of contract that says I will pay half (£305) at the end of this month at the other half (£305) upon completing the transfer of ownership. Is there a software that I can draw up a simple contract that will record the sellers signature, that I could use in small claims court if he doesn’t fulfil his side. I know if it all went wrong reimbursement would be hard but I am just looking for some sort of safety net.
Cheers
Edit: This is in Scotland
