My update for changing my will has come up.

I currently do it with an online provider who is under the perpetual guardian umbrella. Ive just watchee the pleasant videos they provide and have some questions:

1. Joint Asset: house in 2 names, will the house goto the other person on my death automatically (not what I want). This basically is what the video said.

2. Executor/Probate: Is a professional really the way to go if I have full trust in the abilities of a family person?

3. Division of assets among kids: Im planning to give more to 1 of the kids(different mum to the others) while the other few will (should) benefit from the home I jointly own with their mum later in life. I know anything can be challenged but should I write my reasons in my will?

4. Do all parties need to know what the other recieved as part of my will?
