Got a bit of a weird one here so hopefully I can explain myself, my family and I have been in this house for a good 8 years now and we’ve had little issues most of our neighbours leave us alone besides one, this man has carers who come and take care of him and help him.

When we first moved in he would leave his house in only his underwear and stare at us across the street. He would harass my wife at work before she just stopped talking to him and when she did he confronted my mother in law about it.

If that was the only issue it would be fine we can ignore it but it’s not…for maybe the past 2 years he stands at his door and you can hear him yelling inside sometimes you can understand it sometimes you can’t.

Often it’s swearing when my child is outside playing and he’s saying things like fuck off or just screaming. He also has this girl who looks like she’s 12-15 come visit often, his let’s her borrow his vape and he sits her on his knee on his mobility scooter it’s very creepy and I’m worried she might be being abused.

I’m at my wits end with this his behaviour is downright creepy and I know that isn’t exactly illegal but like I said I don’t know what to do.
