Hi everyone,

I got charged for Driving while disqualified a month ago, and also the judge ordered the the vehicle I was in be confiscated by the crown

Unsure what this means but I know I probably wont get the car back

Anyways, the car was impounded when I got caught by the cops - so my question is, do I need to get the car out of the impound lot and hand it over to the police? or can I just leave the car in the impound lot and the police will handle it?

Not quite sure if I’d get in trouble if I don’t hand in the car to be confiscated
