Lifestyle block right of way.

Long story short. 5 houses on a tarsealed right of way. Back property has massive amount of heavy traffic and there is damage on the road. Owner isn't the best of neighbours and the other ( all 4 of us ) neighbours are wanting resolutions re damages. Can we block the shared right of way to heavy traffic ? And no we are not Townes moving to the country to bitch, we all have rural back grounds .
