Hey I’ve recently started a side hustle type revenue stream and was wonder the best way to legally pay my friend who is doing the marketing for me/my company. All set up legally but don’t know how I pay them, just as a contractor or do I employ her?, also have no cash flow through as of yet except a lot of our goings for stock and online stuff. Also how do you even pay your self in this situation I have a full time job but wanna keep this side hustle all legal,
