Hi there, I am working for a fantasy cricket client. And we have a blog section where we add cricket related content.
Within the blogs, we have several IPL related content. But we don't promote our fantasy cricket as something that is related to IPL. The IPL blogs are purely cos of the cricket game intent behind it.
I wanted to know how we can avoid any possible legal issues with IPL. Some points to note are: 1. It's a fantasy cricket app/site. 2. The blogs are just to capture cricket enthusiasts to read, we aren't promoting our fantasy cricket as something IPL related. 3. Removing those would be an issue as the website/app is small and the majority reader traffic is coming on blogs right now
Can some sort of specific disclaimer be used on all blogs stating that IPL isn't related to our app in any means...would that be a good way?
