Bought a pricey pdct at 65k from a reputed company. Started behaving faulty since first week. Fed up of the shitty svc and the product. Under warranty but they can't be replaced or refunded. Can't dedicate so muc time very week to schedule a technician visit and get into the hassle. Wanna get it replaced or full refund. But since they say no, what are my options and ways to get them into legal trouble? Not just legal but even social defaming or anything of that sort? How to even begin with filing a case? N.B product is bought from an authorised franchisee, so wanna get it's licence cancelled eventually by hook or by crook.
