Hello, its my first real Post so im trying my best.

I am currently in a very tricky situation with a former Friend(fake name: Anna/22) and i am also M22. This needs abit of Context so im telling the story as good as i can.

This happened on a Sunday

After a night of sleeping at her home on her foldable couch, i left her room when i woke up at around 12:30 midday, she was still sleeping so after i changed i left all as it was after waking up to not disturb her. And then i had breakfast with her Parents in the Garden and about a hour later i left to get my bus home. On this weekend we forgot that she still wanted to pay me around 50 euros back of stuff i payed for her in advance with her knowing she had to pay it back later. So after after forgetting to remind her, i text her on Tuesday about it and she suddenly unfriends me and blocks me everywhere, out of the blue. A day later i get in contact with her mom and tell her the story.

Anna angrily writes me back that after leaving a big mess in her Room she decided to block me and break Contact so naturally before this happens, i order her to Pay me back the Owed amount, wich is 170 Euros in total(120 for a MtG Display and 50 for merch at a con) She says some nasty stuff to me about she doesnt need to clean up after me, even though i didnt make any mess or changed stuff in her room. This was the first time, even though she claims she reminded me multiple times.

So since then she always tries to belittle me and talks around the bush about how she has to pay her costs, even though she makes about 3k without taxes, and i make about 1k with out taxes( i payed the stuff for her in a time when she didnt have a stable income, which is about half a year ago) She offers me to take back the MTG cards instead of paying the 120€ but everyone knows, that the cards you pull are in a lot of circumstances never worth the amount you payed for it, and even if you count it all together and get over 120, youll never get that amoun for these cards, since its bulk. almost worthless.

I argue alot with her that she has to pay up her debt and that she has no right to just refuse to pay me back. And i as the owed person have the right to claim back my money now, especially when we want to break contact. She just beats around the bush and never really gets into my talk about paying her debt. She just lets it stand with out answering.

And after another day, today, she claims that when we made the deal that ill pay for her and later get it back, i smooth talked her into taking the deal and that she therefore wasnt legally in a state being able to make buisiness, which means that our deal would be non existent and that i bought the cards for myself but gave them to her.

This is the part that i dont really understand. She just claims that and the language she used, sounded like 1 to 1 taken from some excerpt about law from google or wikipedia. And after alot of back and forth and denying her claims, which are false. I asked her if she wanted the display when it comes out, she says that she doesnt like having dept to people but wants it, i ask her again if she wants it, and she takes the offer and really enjoyed it and stuff. This is what really happened, even though im telling my side of the story with all the truth it witholds. She just again said she denied my offer multiple times and i basically coerced her into taking the offer.

And then she says shes going to block me again and that i have no proof of my version of the Offer.

Which just confirmed for me that she is lying out of her fucking arse to not pay up. That is not how our damn society works, you cant just not pay a debt. I hope that someone on this sub can maybe help me abit, because the amount isnt small for me and helps me and my mother to survive the month, with all the rising prices around us.
