If a photographer and model have an agreement that the photographer will take pictures (headshots) for the model that the model can use in their portfolio or such, but in return the photographer owns the pictures and can use/sell them as they see fit. Then can the model come back and claim that they want the pictures erased under GDPR regulations?
Would this be different if the photos included the model naked?
Would it be different if the model was paid in currency?
Would the rules apply based on country that pictures were taken, current or past country of residence/citizenship of either photographer or model?
