Hola,

A fellow I know has known of a classic exotic car that has been abandoned for 20 years in Greece. Story has it that a rich guy in a yacht came to vacation there and bought this car to drive around. When he left on his yacht, he left the car in the port's parking lot under a tarp by the sea and it has been sitting there ever since. It's probably very corroded by now but it'll be a great project car.

I'm posting here because I want to know if there is a legal avenue of claiming an abandoned car in Greece. I know of laws regarding abandoned cars in Canada and the US but nothing about the EU. I am from Canada but I have family with autoshops in France and the UK if that makes things easier.
