Viewing an apartment tomorrow in leeds, what should I look out for?

Hey guys, I'm having a viewing with some apartments in leeds tomorrow, apparently, when we apply, we will have to provide:
- Reference check ( which is hard for me, I've only been in the UK for 1 week, I do have airbnb review though.
- Income Check: again, only 1 week here, no statement yet.
Is there anything else I should look out for in terms of applying and process?
