Hey Folks!

I'm me. Well, I guess that's obvious. Let's see. Hmmm. Should I write an autobiography? No, none of you care. How about two truths and a lie? Yeah, I like that, okay, here we go:

• I'm going to tell two truths and a lie.

• I was born in South Dakota and raised by wild bears. The writing kind. You know, the kind of bears who are wild but write stories about their exploits catching salmon? And napping for months? You understand.

• My writing is inspired by my father, George Washington (not that one), who told me every day that if life gives you cherries, cut the tree down (not that one).

See what I did there? Two truths and a lie was one of my truths and a lie? So you don't know if I actually told two tr-

Truly, this is just my small pocket of the internet where I house the random tidbits of inspiration I've had - most will be written stories, though I may on occasion share other things (such as the writing exercise).

I welcome all forms of feedback, from the cruelest of critiques to the kindest of praise. My writing is certainly not perfect - in fact far from it, I have a long way to go. I'm looking to improve in any way I can, so please, feel free to comment! :)

As far as who I am, I find myself jumping from small subreddit to small subreddit (usually related to games), as well as lightly participating in more mainstream subreddits like /r/WritingPrompts. My motto is "leave it better than you found it," and I often attempt to do just that with the smaller subreddits. As such I often end up posting a lot of math-related content for these communities, and meet friends all over reddit who recognize me, which is pretty neat.

With all of that, my goal for this subreddit is for you to just enjoy your time here, I certainly do.
